Wednesday 11/3
I was hoping my sunglasses were in the cab of Bill but no go. Best guess, put them on my hat while hiking and they slipped off. Damn, those were my prescription glasses. Oh well. Completely pulled everything from inside Bill, just in case my glasses fell down somewhere and that gave me a chance to reorganize. I bought a 2’x2′ piece of plywood for Blaze to rest on in the back seat but hadden taken the time to pull Blaze out to install it. Got that done. Should work better.
Blaze’s battery got a green light this morning! Yea! From two bars to five bars in a couple of days! This is good. Blaze just gives me so much more adventure. I never think about having to come back up a hill! The fat tires float in the rough stuff of dirt roads. My dirt riding skills are still okay and i can spin the tire with the throttle.
Sat by the river for a bit before lunch. Decided to ride Blaze up to the top of this mesa and see if i can make contact with the Moores. Couldn’t raise Harper on her watch. Finally called Allie and Maci Moore answered. Noticed a spot i want to ride to tomorrow. Maybe do nine holes. Buy a pair of sunglasses and maybe a new stereo for the Schooner. My CD/radio has decided in the last couple of weeks to come on when ever it wants. I cracked my head on the roof one morning about 1am when it decided turn on. It had been doing it during the day i just thought it was odd. I was confused for a bit then mad. Been messing with it off and on for awhile but it has a mind of it’s own. We’ll see.
