I’m liking this Mt. Graham course. Nice easy start. They have a chipping area, a small putting green and a marginal driving range. Seventeen dollars to walk nine. It is also Veteran’s Day so the course is crowded. No Marshalls. Fivesomes seem to be okay, otherwise it’s a foursome of old geezers. No one walks! Have yet to see one. Crazy. There’s no starting times. I played the back nine. A foursome in front of me and more groups in front of them. Played two balls and hit the ball well. Shot a 42 on my first ball. The thing about old golfers and carts is the speed. They go fast. I was able not to push them until a twosome caught me at fifteen. Couple of local guys. No hearing aids so the conversation was lost at times. A nice day!
In fact, on my way home i decided to come back tomorrow! We’ll see if that is a wise decision.
