Up over Lost Trails down into Idaho following the Salmon River. I wanted to camp in the same spot I used in November, it’s by the river and it has a shitter. It’s was already occupied so I continued on. There was room for two units there but …… not tonight. I found a nice spot another 1/2 hr down the road with the same amenities plus a nice hill to climb for a look see.

Lots of fishermen! My guess is spring steelhead. Maybe salmon. I stopped to ask at a truck parked by the side of the road but there was only a kid 9-10 and he didn’t know. He looked really embarrassed that he didn’t know.

I didn’t get a early start because I was waiting on a part for my XM radio. Hung out till mail ran and then left around 1:00 pm. Of course, that part isn’t right or should I say, I need another piece to boot. We shall see if I get that accomplished without Amazon and a place to mail to.
