Overcast and cold this morning. My little Mr Heater 1# cylinder heater is perfect. I think around 5000 BTU a hour. More than enough! If my feet or hands get cold I can get localized heat. I have ran it most of the morning. 1# last…. 4-6 hours? I have used two canisters up so far on the trip. Same canisters feed my 2-burner camp stove.

General house maintenance day. Put a hook up for my lantern. Fixed the broken wall hook that the laundry bag hangs on. Moved the key hooks down by the floor by the door. If I need a key it’s because I’m going or I am already outside. Now I don’t have to go up 3 steps and twist to get a key! I like it!

Left to see if I could find a RV dump / water station. Also drove up and down US191 figuring out where these Washes are. No dump station and got the roads figured out. South or should I say warmth is beckoning. We’ll see in the morning.

Finished my Cochise book. Really enjoyed it. Downloaded “Martian” from the library. Most of my afternoon was spent reading and snoozing. Just before lunch I took a walk down river hoping I could get around the point. Got to the point but couldn’t get around it.
